============================================================
I’ve had this issue for quite some time, but now it’s really bothering me. I posted this issue in the PMDG forums but someone stated that it’s a MSFS issue and that I should post it here. So to keep this as short as possible, here’s a link to the PMDG Forum.

The video shows the first and second flights combined WITHOUT restarting MSFS. During the ‘rotate’ phase of the second flight, the plane is over-stressed. It occurs 70% of the time. In order to avoid this, one must restart MSFS after each flight.
