Hope it’s fixed soon, embarrassing that the last two MSFS games had broken achievements at launch, this one taking over a year and still has no signs of being fixed
There’s nothing to fix. The ability to get that certification hasn’t been put in game yet. They’ll get to it eventually. I suspect career is low priority because fewer people use it? But that’s just a guess. I’m sure they WILL get there eventually.
It would appear to me that changing the requirements before launch to 18 certifications would have been a lot easier, quicker and satisfactory for everyone rather than the difficulty they’re having to add the content
And they can have all the intention in the world of adding that content soon after launch but if the content isn’t there on day 1, the achievement should have been changed
And yes, there were (and still are) other things in MSFS 2024 that are troublesome from a user POV but they all should be pointed out and the developers made aware
I dunno - I also want to 100% the game, but it will only bother me if the next sim comes out and it’s still not fixed. I don’t care about the 100% until I’m done with the title. Out of the literal millions of players, there’s like 3 complaining about it. Seems like waste of time. Esp with the countless other much larger problems they had going on at launch Just be patient - they’ll get it fixed I’m sure. There was a couple achievements in FS2020 that took a long time to get fixed properly too.
Remember when game devs shipped complete games? Like why add an empty section for content in the game (with attached achievement) if the “dev” team is too incompetent to make it possible to begin with?
The content is not i a geme. You can see only picture with info that this content will be added. But this content was not added from premiere
1.5 year is unobtainable. For you it is normal?
People pay for the game or buy a subscription and haven’t been able to finish it for a year and a half. If the developer can’t create 20 certificates, they should change the achievement requirement to 18 and that’s it.
If for you unfinished product and unobtainable achievements 1.5year is ok - great. More People like you and we will play pre alpha version for full price. This will be better for sure
I don’t know what are you doing here. This post is for People who think different than you and what to have full product for their money.
If i buy a product, i expect it to be feature complete. I don’t think that’s an unrealistic expectation
Much like if i go for a meal and order steak and chips, if the waiter brings out the steak and says the chips will be along soon, that’s no good to me. I’ll wait a little while sure but there would be a limit to how long someone should expect to wait (a few minutes imo)
Imagine someone at the table near me explains they’re happy to wait as they’re going to be at the restaurant for a few hours and don’t mind waiting for their chips and i should just be patient, the chips will get cooked eventually
Such a bizarre take to say that issues shouldn’t be highlighted. If everyone waited until the next sim releases to point out faults with the current one, nothing would get fixed
There’s really no reason for us to wait until this additional content is added to the game. They can simply just change the requirements of the achievement. Plenty of other games have changed the requirements on achievements in their games even after the game was released. Why can’t Asobo do this with MFS2024?
I understand there are lots of things to fix and content to build, but it is possible to work on more than one thing at a time regardless of how small or meaningless (to some) of change this would seemingly be.
Lol they FINALLY add one of the two certifications but they completely broke the aircraft for Xbox so it doesn’t even work looks like another 2+ years of waiting bois
