Overhead panel lighting in A320 too dark FBW A320

Greetings,

I recently installed the FlyByWire A320 (stable version) and am very pleased. However, Last night when I was landing in Nashville it was dark and stormy and when I looked up to the overhead panel it was very hard to see any of the buttons and appeared the backlighting first them was turned off or down.

I found a nob near the thrusters that controlled brightness for the other instruments and when I turned that up everything else was bright but the top panel was very very dim.

Not sure if this is a bug with the aircraft or Something I never noticed (I haven’t done much flying at night).

Please let me know if you have this issue too or if know where I can find the dial to adjust the brightness up there.

Thanks- Happy flights

Are you sure this is MSFS you’re talking about? The A320 doesn’t have thrusters like a space ship. It has jet engines.

On the overhead panel is a rotary, where you can control the backlighting of the overhead.

Thank you. I must of over looked that (or couldn’t see it when I needed it).

Not sure why I said thrusters
 my bad
I meant throttle levers if that’s what they are called. I don’t know many technical terms.

Or you can just turn on your flashlight. See your keyboard controls on which key activates the flashlight.

On the overhead console (at the bottom) there is the internal light cluster and just above the Emergency Exit Arming switch is the “Dome Light” switch. This can be set to Dim or Bright it is not like the lamp adjustment knobs which effect the ‘backlit’ panels but is a direct light for the complete overhead panel
