Is anyone aware of how to get ATC to actual use the value of the ‘ATC AIRLINE’ sim var. I can update it well enough and the new value shows in say Little Nav Map but ATC will still use the value from the aircraft.cfg
It doesn’t take effect for the ATC immediately… If you set it while sitting at the gate the ground controller won’t use the new value and IIRC even the tower controller… but once you take off and hand over to departure, they will use the new callsign. Go figure.

Ah thanks for the response - i’ll have to test that out. Yes i’m setting at the gate - so was expecting it to work staight away!
