Like many other FlightSim enthusiasts, we fly every week in our own group. One of us is the ATC and for this we use JoinFS. it works but has its limitations. Why is it that there is no (paid) third-party application that can be used in MSFS for ATC? We have been searching the internet for possible solutions for quite a while now but nu success. Any ideas?

first - sorry for my bad english but iam from Germany,
second - yes there is an solution for your problem, but you need an own server for that. (with Linux)
the Software for the Server is called âFSD-Serverâ (the old Vatsim used that), but you must compile that on yout server, If you have questions you can ask me.
for the FSD-Server google: âFSD Server Githubâ. the right site is from âkuronekoâ.

Thank you for your reaction, I am from Holland and also speak some German but it looks like your English is very good! I do have a Linux Ubuntu computer and I can also install the server version of Ubuntu. Iâm not a Linux expert but do have a little experience with it. I have never compiled anything but am willing to learn.

I have an optical-fibre connection with 1 Gbit up- and download and a dedicated server I can set up. What software would the ATCâer be using?

The ATC Software we used ist Euroscope. But for the speach we hav an TeamSpeak Server with a Plugin to Change the frequency in the msfs and TeamSpeak Channel. So you have an TeamSpeak Server?

Just see if I understand, we need to setup:
- An FSD server
- Euroscope for the ATCâer (or is the FSD server already integrated in Euroscope?)
- Teamspeak with plugins for ATC voice and frequencies
- Old version of vPilot as the client for the pilots?

How we do it now is that we use JoinFS in combination with EFB2 or Little Navmap and Discord voice channels for the audio. Pretty basic and that is why we are looking for a better system to do this.
We use an Client named âSwift Clientâ that is also used by vatsim. With this Client youngabe an midel Marching in the Sim
The other positions are correct. I Have an fully configured fsd Server on my Server for Testing. When iam at Home i can you give some Logins for the fsd Server for testing If you want

Well, the answer is simple, there is no easy way to do this. In our group we use JOINFS and Aivlasoft or Little NAVMAP. One of us plays the ATC role but unfortunately there still is no solution when you want to fly in your own group with an easy tool for ATC.
