Is it possible to connect multiple simulators together somehow P3d, FSX, MSFS, X-Plane and use Euroscope with so we can have our private ATC session somehow?
Nope.
But you can get on VATSIM, IVAO or PilotEdge.
Maybe use Flight Events, and ATC can use the FSX radar client, while others fly in MSFS, FSX, etc
