Support have said that they will prioritise a fix accordingly based on the amount of people that report the issue. As such, if you haven’t already, you need to send a report to Zendesk and upvote the two threads I’m linking below (by clicking the blue “Vote” button next to the thread’s title) to help towards the cause.

The reason for this request is that owners of the NVIDIA Kepler and Maxwell 1.0 GPUs (GeForce 600/700/800 and partially 900 series) cannot play the simulator with clouds enabled since the 1.10.7.0 patch due to the massive cloud flicker.
