P-51 icing

So I’m a big fan of flying the P-51, my only problem is that my control surfaces ice over and fail, does the p-51 have some sort of wing de-ice or is it just a fair wether flyer?

I fly around where I’m from in Wisconsin and like using live weather so I tend to freeze up on every flight

I don’t mind the canopy icing I would just like to be able to control my plane if at all possible

Nope, you’ll have to disable icing in the settings or not fly in icing conditions. I’m not sure how to avoid ice to be honest. I iced up in clear skies the other day in the Norden. I also flew a 172 into clouds with heavy precip and it was hovering around -1 C and got no ice.
