ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
YD, FD, HDG, NAV, APR, REV, ALT & VS buttons are all non-op unless the mode they are associated with is turned on. In other words, they are behaving as mode engaged lights rather than being lit to assist the pilot in finding them in low lighting conditions.
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
PA-28 Dakota
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Enter C&D into Dakota
- Power on aircraft and avionics
- Note the aforementioned buttons on the KFC 225 are not illuminated
- Press FD and/or YD
- Note how these buttons now illuminate as though their are meant to show their associated function is enabled. (Note, too, that the YD annunciator is not illuminating on the unit’s display panel.)
- Compare button lighting to that of unit shown on webpage for actual unit. You will see that the buttons are all lit regardless of which mode is engaged
