PA34T Seneca V Flap Issue - 20% or more flaps puts nose straight down

I just purchased the Carenado PA34T Seneca V download and I find when I use 20% (or more) of flaps it puts the nose straight down. The air speed is fine - no stall - it just puts the nose down into a dive. Anyone else experiencing this?

Is your flight model legacy or modern? Make sure it is modern.
