PAUSE - again!
Yes active pause is better than FS2020’s attempt, BUT whilst paused it is still just position freeze. This means that:
- Fuel is still consumed whilst paused
- Systems are still affected whilst paused
- G-LOC can be induced whilst paused
- Afterburners will extinguish whilst paused (terrible for photography)
FS2020 had a work around where ‘Pause On’ and ‘Pause Off’ would work like proper pause. In FS2024, these commands bring up the ESC menu, making them useless for aerial photography and screenshots.
I wish these could at least be reverted. A real pause On/Off toggle would be even better.
This wish seems to be separate to the FS2020 wishes, as the functionality has changed.
