ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Payload in flight plans doesn’t transfer from Web to EFB.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Every time.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Open https://planner.flightsimulator.com/;

  2. Create a flight plan (performance data for A320neo is missing);

  3. Go to the Simulator and open EFB;

  4. Import the flight plan from Web;

  5. The route is imported correctly with all the waypoints, SID, and STAR, but all the data for the payload (passengers, cargo, and fuel) is missing;

  6. Also, when I try to open “Aircraft environment“ page in EFB, everything freezes and I need to restart the simulator (I guess this is a related issue).

Personal comments:
I think I read somewhere that the payload information in the online flight planner is only informative and cannot be loaded onto the in-sim EFB weight & balance section. If I can find the post I’ll add it here. So not sure if it is a bug or a technical limitation or something that will be implemented in the future.

It should be, sometimes it take time to fill up everything, and you have to copy everything one by one

I tried importing everything one by one, but it didn’t work.
