PC-24 trim at take-off

Description of the issue:
Trim for take off needs to be set at about +7.0 in order having the right setting, which is way off the take off limits. when leaving at +3.5 for takeoff, which is the limit, you need to pull the yoke like crazy, for lift-off, but then also for the climb

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
pc-24

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

every time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  • choose pc-24
  • set trim to +3.5
  • try to take-off from runway
  • then try same with +7.0 (which is out of limit), but this works then “realistically” for lift off

Yup the airplane flies like its CG is way to far forward. Same effect on landing, at 130KIAS I shouldn’t need 7deg nose up to fly a glideslope hands off

I wonder if this is all side effects of much of this aircraft being a PC-12 with a PC-24 skin on it (already visibly affecting weights and speeds in the FMS).
