Brief description of the issue:
This had been “attempted” to be fixed several SUs ago (SU8 beta or 9 beta maybe?), but was never resolved. There are switches set to “ON” when the aircraft is in a C&D state. The instrument light switch is ON and illuminating all analog instruments even when the aircraft’s battery power is OFF.

Load into PC-6 G950 variant and observe switch state on left-hand switch panel. Note the instrument light switch is ON and the trim indicator in screenshot is illuminated even with the aircraft powered down.
