When I use a 1440p monitor the instruments in the cockpit got blurry. I solved this bug by changing the parameter “SecondaryScaling” the 1.0 to 1.5 in the file “UserCfg.opt”, I have the versión SU12. This file is located in the path: AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache.
I hope this information helps you

Update:
Maybe this change will produce fps drops, if this happens change to 1.3, you are free to choose the best number for your pc setting. Remember don’t do this change when msfs is running

Update 2 (Recommended):
Other great option is set the DLSS in Quality mode and set amd fidelityfx sharpening in 150 or higher, this option also helps to lower the blur
