…so in Content Manager there’s an Update to Download but it’s the Deluxe version not the Premium Deluxe version (which I own). Probably a stupid question but is there any reason I should download the Deluxe version Update? Thx

Probably yes, but I can’t say for certain.
My suspicion is that the Premium Deluxe version doesn’t include the content from the lower tier, meaning you need to keep both up to date.

Essentially. as part of your purchase of the ‘Premium Deluxe’ version of MSFS 2020,
the ‘Base’ and ‘Deluxe’ versions are automatically included.
Otherwise not only would the sim not actually work but you would too be missing
some aircraft and airports!
So download ANY and ALL items that are available to you via the Content Manager.
