PC12 XTOC bug

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

When flying the PC12, the top of climb indicator (XTOC) keeps flashing on and off in the flight plan throughout the flight.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
PC12

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
N/A

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Always, but it occurs to me that because of the difficulties with O2 and pressurization that I always request a reduced cruising altitude from ATC so I wonder if that affects it.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Fly PC12 with flight plan with FL automatically determined
  2. Once climbing, request reduced flight level to FL150 or FL160.
  3. Watch the top center screen with flight plan info
  4. Notice XTOC appear and disappear even after achieving cruise altitude
