Similar to the F16, when you set the pilot’s weight to zero kilo, he (could well be a she) disappears. But in outside view, only the instructor remains in the rear cockpit. How can I have both pilot and instructor, without a pilot in the front seat who obscures my view?

On the INS page of the right most display there is a toggle to turn off the interior pilot models.
