ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: PD2020 content partially is not available for upgrade to fs2024 as market place is not able to find it, it looks like the missing content is not available to be streamed separately from non-standard packages. These addons are not available for upgrade: fs24-Asobo-aircraft-b787, fs24-Asobo-airport-egll-heathrow, fs24-Asobo-airport-omdb-dubai-intl, fs24-Asobo-airport-kden-denver, fs24-Asobo-airport-eddf-frankfurt.
Avilable - Baron G58, CESSNA 152 aerobat, CESSNA 172 basic, CESSNA longtitude, cirrus sr22 g6, diamond da40 tdi, diamond dv20, pipistrel virus sw 121, zlin aviation savage shock ultra
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Yes, removing all the community mods does not help

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- By the Standard version from Steam using a Steam account different from one used to purchased MSFS2020 PD (XBox account is the same for both SIms)
- Start the MSFS2024 sim
- Look how part of the PD2020 content will appear in MSFS2024 and upgrade and part will not appear in “My Labrary” as it is not able locate it.

No changes in Dev Mode, the issue happens without Dem Mod activated and with Dev Mode activated
