ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
In Pearl Harbor, the mooring quays and the USS Arizona memorial POIs are offset from the aerial.
This may not be the mis-placement of the POIs, themselves, but rather, the CU10 water fix. Analysis in the MEDIA section.
(Note: This had previously been verified by SmotheryVase665 in a separate bug report I created. I was lazy and put two bugs in one report, which is bad practice. So this is a separate, companion bug report to that other report.)

Use the Pearl Harbor Memorial POI in the World Map
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
- Yes.
- City Update 10 is enabled
- World Update 2 > USA - Points of Interest is enabled

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- In My Library, ensure that World Update 2 > USA - Points of Interest and City Update 10 are enabled.
- In Free Flight, search for “Pearl Harbor Memorial” and start a flight there.
- Drone down to the mooring quays and the USS Arizona Memorial.
Expected result:
The mooring quays and USS Arizona Memorial are more or less over their aerial.
Observed result:
The quays and Arizona are slightly offset from the aerial. For what it’s worth, the USS Missouri is, too. (However, I think that’s from MSFS 2024 GAIST. The offset is not the same.)

This is MSFS 2024 without City Update 10 enabled. It looks to me like the POIs are more or less aligned on the aerial:
