hmm strange, my CPU load is also at 20-25% (sporadically higher), GPU in the menu normal at about 40% - and in the game itself it even climbs to 97% (with ReShade) !
But on average at 70-85% - max FPS I can’t tell you, mine are limited to 33 FPS - it’s super smooth.
Zotac 3090 RTX Trinity, max. Temp 72°-73° - everything on ultra (except motion blur is off) - resolution scale 110 ! Yesterday I used DDU (display driver uninstaller) - and I imagine that the utilization is higher today - but it could also be a placebo, and I reinstalled my MSFS over night (was a disaster, the first time for me that it went wrong, so far I had no problems with reinstalling until yesterday, but that’s another story)

- try to set the game mod on (windows) - Nvidia Control Panel - make a profile for MSFS - set maximum performance option, etc. - I can’t remember all threads now but there are some instructions here in the forum to scribble out the rest of the performance!
