I have the same problem! Photogrammetry is enabled on my system as recommended by Inibuilds. Reinstalling the airport did not help either. I think there is a bug in the add-on, but I would of course appreciate any other tips on how to fix the issue.
Vessels: The Hawaiian Islands 1.4.1 is the problem. (for me anyways) Uninstall it and restart MSFS 2024 and the iniBuilds PHNL works fine. It’s too bad because I liked using the Vessels Hawaiian add on. Hopefully one of the companies will fix whatever it is that’s causing the issue.
Been flying in/out of updated PHNL the past few days and did not have this problem. Checked out a lot of the airport and flew both in day/night. Photogrametry enabled.
Thanks for the tip! Uninstalling Vessels Hawaii solved the issue for me too. But yes, it’s a shame because I really like using the add-on. So I’m also hoping for an update from Seafront or Inibuilds.
A couple other folks were having same issue on the iniBuilds discord and they also confirmed after deleting Vessels & restarting MSFS 2024, iniBuilds PHNL worked. Go figure. It took me awhile turning off add-ons, and restarting to narrow it down to Vessels. (I sure hope someone fixes it so it’ll work when both are on)
We’ve identified the issue and are in the final stages of testing (on Xbox) before we roll out a fix. The issue was caused by our aerial imagery in Pearl Harbour overriding the City Update 10 photogrammetry textures (which IniBuilds are reliant on for their PHNL airport). The fix removes the Aerial/CGL, which means that you will get the best results with photogrammetry enabled (a requirement of the PHNL scenery). Disabling photogrammetry will result in the original Bing/MS/Asobo textures showing until they update it with another satellite pass.
