msfs no headset was detected!
I use Virtual Desktop.
MSFS Microsoft Store Edition.
Did you set SteamVR as your OpenXR runtime?

I don’t know how it is for Pico, but for virtual desktop to function with Quest 2 you need to also have the Oculus software for your Quest installed on your PC too. And of course the Virtual desktop software both on PC and in the headset. Maybe you need the official Pico streaming software installed on your PC (like on a Quest 2 setup)?

I had the same issue when I connected my Pico 4 using the PC Link (Streaming Assistant they call it). I rebooted and all was fine.
Strangely Virtual Desktop gave better FPS and lower latency than via USB 3.
