Does anyone know why the pilot turned pink? Do you suggest a solution?
Try removing the Livery or any mods that affect pilot avatars.

This solution is exactly the first thing that comes to mind! But I want to find the cause and solve the problem, not to erase the problem!
You’ll want to ask the Livery author since it’s not a stock Asobo Livery.
cause; missing textures (missing textures are shown as pink/purple). There need to be textures for all the LOD (level of detail) models. So the livery/mod author needs to add the missing textures for all the LOD’s.

Since Feb 2, 2023 (after last stock update?) have Pink Pilots, jackets and headphones… Even with every add-ons OFF, (running sim in default), there is pink pilots in default planes.
It would appear that the some texture is corrupt or missing? or perhaps fallbacks are incorrect?
Anyone having this problem or know how to fix??
