Pilot's voice duplicated in main and comms devices

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

When using separate audio devices for main audio and comms, the pilot’s voice in ATC transmissions is duplicated in many aircraft (including all those with Garmin glass avionics).

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Whenever using an Asobo Garmin-equipped airplane, specifically the C172 (both G1000 and base).

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Select the Asobo Cessna 172 (any variant).

  2. Configure the sim to use a different Main Device and Communication Device.

  3. Switch on battery master and avionics.

  4. Open the ATC menu, tune the local frequency and make any transmission.

  5. The pilot’s voice is played back both through the comms device and the main device, although the signal in the main device is processed (low-end mostly).
