Pitot Heat has no effect?

Hello,

since the winter arrived in europe I encountered issues with the pitot heat in MSFS. Often when I’m in descent and there are low temperatures and clouds my pitot tubes and static ports freeze which results in frozen airspeed on all speed indicators. I’m flying ProSim A320 (homecockpit software) and the window/probe heat operates in auto mode throughout the flight. This should prevent ice buildups on the pitot tubes or static ports. Is anybody having similar issues? As Fenix is basically the same addon in regards of the avionics maybe the fenix guys have similar issues.

NOTE: MSFS Icing

We highly recommend disabling the MSFS Icing setting in MSFS Assistance Options as this can cause a conflict with our aircraft.
