Yes, i think that effect is like we holding a camera while flying in the sim or that we not have the seat belts. But i think i want it though to feel the turbulence. Without that effect we can’t notice the turbulence at all because we can’t feel the g-forces in the sim. I don’t know really, in driving sims they add overdone sounds of friction loss while turning. Maybe that would be something with overdone sounds of items in the cockpit or the winds sound louder when inside turbulence? In the clip above i can here the engines change in RPM. Maybe make those sounds more noticable.

Yes i noticed that too, surprised really. I think things would make noise in the cockpit, these planes do rattle after all so maybe the sound effect idea could work.

I’m not an expert but i think it would be much more difficult than adding those camera effects. The best i think would be if they just add options for that effect or a slider as you said 
Or choose if we want to wear seatbelts or not.
The camera effect is the problem, not the turbulence.

Those videos made me search, this one popped up and its pretty like the sim in many ways, even the hard left swerve near the end.
I would love a motion seat also can hear the engine note change when the turbulence hits - this would be a nice effect to add.
