Planes and Helicopters randomly stalling in air

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Any plane when flown for a significant amount of time (or not) will randomly stall and require you to hit CTRL E again to start it up and attempt to recover from the stall in mid air.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:

Cessna 172 skyhawk, Cabri G2 helicopter so far

Cabri G2 was even doing it in the training before I could even get it off the ground at times.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

I don’t have any, clean install

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

almost every time I play randomly.

• same thing happens to me all the time, a plane will randomly stall, plenty of fuel, no aircrafty issues, it just stalls and crashes.

I have the same issue on xbox as well its pretty stupid for this to be happening. I need someone to help me fix it

• yes, occurs random

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• i detected the new planes on own companies have less issues. My first plane had problems with the engines every time until i repaired all
• Maybe employee missions use “heavily used” planes that would be very odd.
• There is a problem with simulation of “realism”. The engines failed 3 times in a flight in PC-24, and at the end i couldn’t steer it to hold for taxi (rudder was okay!). Respect condition rating was 96%. Batterie at 26.1V

I have seen this problem also. It’s hard to detect patterns.

One category is G2 helicopters: i’ve seen stalls sometines I stop forward motion.

Another category is flying by Cessna 172 in career mode, sometimes it will stall even though the fuel gauge still has a small amount of green fuel bar showing.

Another place I’ve seen the problem is if you’re starting a career mission with a airliner, and after u reach cruise, you “skip to next phase” to get to the destination… as you emerge from the skip process sometimes the plane will have zero thrust or velocity, though sometimes I can recover from those.

I lost two aircraft, the Dehavilland and 172 to (power loss in the Dehavilland, engine dies mid flight. engine restarted but would not run at higher than 60% throttle). I did not lose power in the 172 but it just stalled all the way to the ground at full power. I assumed it to be icing but no way to confirm

That reminds me of another stall I had: I was taking off from Sarajevo in 172, and immed after takeoff (full thrust) the Cessna stalled and crashed. There was snow on the ground, so I had turned on the “Pitot heater” before taking off. I restarted the mission, and the exact same thing happened again, so it was not a one-off fluke.

But maybe icing on the wings was also factor? Does the 172 have wing de-icing? I’ll have to look into that.

Don’t think so. I have the same problem on my PC. Checked if it’s a hardware problem (VPRL base and Warthog stick). Loaded different BIOS versions for the stick base. No change. With the C172 out of a sudden the stall warning comes followed by an immediate spin. The sim no longer reacts to elevator inputs. Waggling the ailerons, then mostly the elevator input is recognized again after a few seonds. That happens with generic Asobo and MS planes as well as with third party planes. When I remember correctly I got the same problem with MSFS 2020 when I wanted to compare MSFS 2020 with MSFS 2024.
Bye, walter

Same here with PC, happens, in my case it happens whet time ratio is fast. When stalles the air-speed of the plane remains fixed even if I Try doun vith very srong angles. Whe sholuld not be betatester of this game, It is a shame!!!

So i have a different issue, every time i change the sim rate the plane will stall out after a few minutes on +6. And it wobbles all over the place, it was said that the plane isn’t gaining speed but it acts like there s an enormous wind and pushing the plane everywhere
