Brief description of the issue:

This is crazy! Once again after a big update my plans, generated in either the sim or in LNMap go to the north pole, not just from the first waypoint or airport after departure, but now from all airports on the plan.

I’m lost! Tried new plans from in the sim and from LNM. All the same results.

Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):

Are you on Navigraph?

Make sure you are using the updated Navigraph AIRAC cycle. It was updated to 2304 Rev. 3 a few days ago to eliminate this problem.

I think you can only do this if you pay a sub. I stopped mine this year as I hardly use it.

Finally, Little Nav Map Dev & users have found the cause of the User Waypoint moving to the North Pole, and now can export a MSFS flight plan (correctly formatted to prevent the North Pole issue, when Navigraph is loaded.)

The need to have all the Would Updates installed, to prevent the North pole issue with user waypoints, would appear to have been “incorrect” !!!

It looks to me as if the solution was to include a “fake” ICAO code tab ???

Anyway, after a great deal of wasted time, loading & re-loading World updates, the issue seem to be resolved, at least for FPs generated by apps like LNM.

The World Map, still does not seem to be capable of generating FP with user Waypoints, that can be saved, and then loaded back in again, but hopefully Asobo/WT will address that one day.
