I know this has been a constant irk of many simmers which was kinda addressed with some mods and payware aircraft in MSFS2020 - But PLEASE can we have a pushback system that we can control with rudder/tiller inputs/hardware.
Having to request each turn via atc and wait for the pilot to say the request, then ATC to respond to the request before the tug actually changes direction is painful to say the least and usually has me ending up way off where i want to be.
More than happy to request the tug via ATC but would love to be able to steer the tug while in motion to get me exactly where i want to go.
I have the non-pro version, and I think it was working on FS24 for me. Not sure when the next time I’ll be able to get on to double check, so maybe someone else will be able to verify for me. Only tried it once and used manual pushback. I know the pre-planned pushback was broken on FS20, so I didn’t try that yet on FS24.
Either way, I voted because a native option seems only logical and is something that’s been requested on FS20.
