Please give us an option to turn INSTANT REPLAY on by default

As the title says, please either enable instant replay by default or give us control over having it enabled for every flight when we spawn in.

The amount of times I have had a great moment and wished I had captured it with the FCR now demands this option be available to us all.

Thank you for your suggestion . Yea I think this could be a great idea for future FCR Embedded and or FCR vNext

If you really want this option ,folks , please Vote it ! And we hope that with a good number of votes we will be able to propose to Microsoft

Yes omg yes so many times I’m like I’d love to see that again or from the outside etc and always it’s not when I’m recording

Is there a performance penalty (lower fps, more stuttering etc.) if it were permanently on?

Yes yes yes, just like FSX (from 2006!) used to be, no intervention was necessary from the simmer, it’s called “instant” replay for a reason!

No penalties …. Anyway I don’t know if this will never happens in FCR Embedded … but will happens for sure in FCR vNext ( new version/update i will announce soon for FCR v5 simmarket)

Assuming your the creator of fcr by this

If so will there be any other replay options added to an Xbox addon often would love to have say 2 recorded flights going so I can have 3 different planes in formation for photos can only do 2 atm :sweat_smile:

Plus as op said something thats on from get go because I often forget it’s there and then miss it all

Yes you assume right , i m developer of in-game replay and instant replay .

I think your suggestions are good to note and put in the backlog ! But of you wants features you need vote vote vote :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

FCR might be next, but it’s still an app to install and run which takes more resources than a replay I’d imagine.

Somehow, Xplane manages to do the replay thing quite well in default. Including runway views.

Yes I think also for msfs24 we will have automatic instant replay , I hope that with your vote for FCR Embedded but I promise soon for FCR vNext :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I cannot talk about FCR Embedded features adding at this time , but I m here saying that Instant Replay AlwaysOn will be one of the feature of my new t FlightControlReplay commercial vNext iteration
