Brief description of the issue:
Both the .pln and .flt files contain:
[Departure]
ICAO=KSAN
RunwayNumber=9
RunwayDesignator=NONE
KSAN to KSEE
9
KSAN
KSEE

and that is how the FIRST flight occurred. Now when I load either .pln or .flt the nav log/flight plan shows the aircraft positioned on RWY 27 and nothing I do can position the plane on RWY 9.
This problem has been occurring on many different airports and flights since the SU6 update

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
I create a new flight plan using World Map and fly the flight after saving the plan. I then close the Sim and restart the Sim - when I load the just created flight plan - the aircraft is on the RECIPROCAL runway compared to how the plan was created and how it appears when I view the plan in NotePad
