Which options in the EFB make the external stairs go away and the internal stairs comes out (the ones that unfold from the side of the plane). thanks!

I have not found a way to operate the airstairs via the EFB. The EFB needs to state “Stairs” for Pax Entry Method (as opposed to Jetway), or they cannot be operated.
I end up going to the FMS > Menu > FS Actions > Doors > Airstair > Extend/Retract
You can also operate them via the panel on the fuselage to the right of the stairs. However, you must enter the cockpit (CTRL-C) in order for WASM to initialize first, then you can pop out and operate them.
There also appears to be an LOD issue, because behind the airstair switch cover is the interior of the cargo bay and the switch is missing. I know it is there on the -800, as I’ve used it.
