Months later and the update has still not arrived. How and why are marketplace updates so slow? The developers submit them to the marketplace admin when they release them via their own channels. How does it literally take months to upload an update?

Is the problem with the API solved now? A few days ago I tried to control my PMDG 737 but not a single button moves with MSFS2024 
It has not been released for FS2024 yet.
The model is loadable but obviously Asobo has completely eliminated the functionality by changing the API
although they had announced that pretty much all third party models and especially the PMDG will be able to run in msf2024
Yes you can do that, it won’t work in the sim though.
As I mentioned, it hasn’t been updated and released for FS2024 yet.
Will the update be free or who will finance this extra work for PMDG ?

Guys!. Able to load 737 successfully in MS2024. Displays working, EFB working, Will take it for a spin and let you all know. If anyone is interested. Try this!
- Go to settings → Advanced Option → Enable Developer Mode
- Spawn on any airport with any microsoft default aircraft.
- Go to cockpit
- Not on the DevMode toolbar menu (On the Top) → Tools -->Aircraft Selector
- Select PMDG 737 (I tried 800) and wait for the aircraft to load.
Wait for 2-5 minutes for the aircraft to get initialized!. Again, i haven’t flown the aircraft yet. Going to do now. Will keep you guys posted!.
It will load, I copied mine from FS2020.
It just doesn’t work.
The product is simply not compatible with FS24 at this moment. There are some guides on our Discord if you want to experiment though.

Please read the thread: it is about MARKETPLACE updates, not for people who purchased through PMDG directly.
Sorry for the delay in getting a straight answer to this question.
The update we pushed to our own system was not pushed to Marketplace. It was only a technical update for our convenience and has zero influence on the user experience. We will try to make these kinds of things clearer in the future.

I have MSFS2020 and my products from Marketplace are showing the 3.0.112 is pending.
Any news on 737-800 update on MSFS2020/Marketplace?
There is no update pending and the Marketplace version is identical to the one we sell on our shop. It’s just a weird thing with the serial number where the Marketplace did not do as we expected.

Does it mean the current Marketplace version (identical PMDG shop 3.0.112 updated jan 2025) might be different from what I installed sometime in Nov/Dec 2024?
Is it worth to uninstall 737-800 which MSFS content manager and PMDG OC say 3.0.108 and re-install marketplace version which is supposed to be 3.0.112?
3.0.112 is the latest version and that one is the same as currently offered via Marketplace.
