Isolation valve can be left at Auto. The real issue appears to me that the packs are also set to Auto, not OFF.

Thank you for your quick response. I found my mistake 
. Packs were ON 
. I reversed the switch direction (offr up, on down) contrary to the Airbus concept … and I insisted for two day while I tryed to rend everything there was about the same issue. ■■■■’ed I need a break
