I was very curious about your problem, so I took a short flight from Juneau PAJN to Ketchikan PAKT in 737-800 and I was normally able to autoland on ILS 11
You can see I’m on G/S with FLARE armed on PFD. Also I use the PAKT payware airport from Northern Sky Studio.
