Strange
 post update my PMDG line is missing from Navigraph hub. You, on the other hand, have a new update showing!

Haven’t started MSFS since the update
 could that be why?

I found the same a couple of minutes back, all my PMDG 737 variants are missing from Navigraph Hub. I’m just launching the MSFS for the first time after the update and will see if that helps.

If the updated B737s allow the AIRAC to be updated from within the cockpit, you shouldn’t need to use the Navigraph Hub.

It’s now a total mess with updating the navdata. Why change something that worked fine into this mess?

Update here very smooth no issues. Downloaded new navigraph data from the EFB.

I will still be using Navigraph Hub, as I do with 777. The EFB option is mainly for Xbox users or in case you realise there is an update after you start the game. You can use one or the other.

not quite. updating from navigraph hub resulted in an not updated nav data in 737 fmc

so it feels like i am stuck with the new download system which do not work for me though

I have the same problem (736 and 738). Navdata update hungs to 75%. It seems no navdata at all is available to MCDU: EFB loads the FP from simbrief , payload and fuel is loaded but not the route. Trying to insert the FP manually I get a “not in DB” message for the airport.
Also, the navdata update disappeared from navigraph hub for pmdg.
Unable to fly as it is now :frowning:

also tried the latest suggestion pooint by point from a pmdg dude (delete everything and such) from pmdg forum but no success

this was the procedure:

Store version (Steam version below):

Remove any installed liveries for the 737-800 from the Operations Center
Uninstall the 737-800 from add/remove programs.
Go too {SIM}\Community and make sure there is no pmdg-aircraft-738 folder. If there is delete it.
Go to C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsof t.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Package s\Community\ and make sure there is no pmdg-aircraft-738 folder if there is delete it
Go to C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsof t.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObje cts\Airplanes and delete any PMDG 737-800XXX folders if they exist
Go to C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsof t.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Package s\ and make sure there is no pmdg-aircraft-738 folder if there is delete it.
Go to C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsof t.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\package s and delete the PMDG-aircraft-738 directory
Download a fresh copy and install again making sure you run the installer as administrator. Right click and select run as administrator.
Reboot the PC after the installation
After rebooting use the PMDG Operations Center to update the product.

i suggest that you do not follow this since it is not useful and will get you through the installation process again (so livery cameras panel states are all to be done again)

I seem to have a spinning black and white pmdg symbol on my efb sometimes on entering the cockpit / Sim. It renders the efb INOP!

Anyone else had this?

I ran into this last night in one of my four variants, the -600. On first load into the plane, the captain side tablet was doing that, but the FO’s side was normal. I exited the flight with ESC and restarted. The second time the captain’s side was fine but the FO’s was spinning. Finally. I exited the flight entirely back to the sim main menu, selected the starting location again and spawned in a third time, after which things were working normally.

I did not experience that in any of the other variants (-700, -800, -900/ER)

I tend to agree with you
the “human factors” elements of the tablet buttons are a bit awkward. It’s still preferable to the FMC method, though.

However, nothing beats the non-intuitiveness of the iFly MAX tablet. (though fully understand it’s a pre-release).
