PMDG 737 Throttle problem (cannot use F1 through F4 on my keyboard)

Hello:

Maybe someone can help me…

Once I am ready to taxi, and using F1-F4 on my keyboard, the throttles move in the cockpit but don´t accelerate.

Any idea?

Have you used the FMC Ground Services controls to remove the wheel chocks? Have you released parking break?

Yes! all of that!

Same thing happened to me. I landed and while on the ground taxiing I stopped and couldn’t move. Throttles were full and I was stuck. Then once I started moving the plane was taxing without me controlling the plane.
