PMDG 777 A/T does not disengage at touchdown

I’m sorry but I’m not receiving help on the PMDG forums

I perform an approach as usual. At 1000 AP is disconnected and A/T remains engaged.
During flare the thrust goes to idle and also phisical hardware is brought to idle.
At touchdown as soon as reverser are deploied I get a Autothrottle diconnect waring + warning sound.
From my experience the A/T should disconnect automatically when gears touch the ground without any warning or sound. I also waited for the nose gear to set but same issue.
Thanks for the help.

Matteo, this issue is being discussed on our forum, and as far as I can see, every topic about it is being replied to, and a lot of suggestions have been made. It seems these have solved the issue for most people. Have you checked the manual about this topic? There are many options regarding the AT, and one of those options covers the de-activating on touchdown.

Your last post is just two hours old. Can I suggest simply giving us a bit more time to comment? If you believe there is a bug, please send us a ticket at support.pmdg.com. The best way to report a bug is always to send a ticket.

Good afternoon Mathijs.
With my wording “not receiving help” I didn’t mean that PMDG is not willing to help. Since I was not getting answers from other forum users I tried to seek help on this forum. I tried every suggestions but I keep getting the issue along with a bunch of other users. I opened a ricket to support as you suggested.
I do apologize if my post was considered as a complain. I did not mean that to be.
