PMDG B737-800 Takeoff config warning on landing

Every time my wheels hit the ground on landing, I get the takeoff config alarm.
Just before touchdown the following are set:-
Flaps at 30 or 40, Autobrake set, Spoilers armed, Auto throttle on, Autopilot off, Throttles idle. Any idea what I’m missing?

Landing altitude set correctly on pressurisation panel and switch to auto?

Parking brake released?

Thank you for those ideas. I assume parking brake was off but I will look at that. Pressurisation was set but not sure what you meant by set to auto. As you can tell, I’m new to this aircraft.

He is refering to the button to the right of the landing altitude labeled ALTN. It should be set to Auto (the default setting)

OK. Thanks for your input

Pressurisation panel set correctly including auto setting. Parking brake definitely off. Unfortunately my next flight gave the same outcome - takeoff config alert the minute the wheels touch the ground.
I am using a Hotas joystick.
Does it matter where the throttle lever is positioned while auto throttle is active?
When I disable the auto pilot (usually at about 1000ft), should I be switching the auto throttle off as well.
Any thoughts are much appreciated.

Auto throttle should be disengaged during landing.

Any help appreciated. I’ll try that later.

Pretty sure that’s in the fcom

yes it should but that is not a technical requirement but recommended standard procedure. Nothing should trigger the takeoff warning on touchdown at all.

Are you sure it’s the takeoff warning? You can compare it if you leave the flaps up on the ground and advance the power. Would it be possible to record a short video?

Make sure there are no AI assistants active in MSFS. They might (will) have some undesired background effects in the MSFS system.

Only way I can think you can have config warning in this situation is when you are doing circuits. When you are adding power after touch you can hear horn. As I remember config warning is wired with Thrust handles so any movements trigger it. I think pmdg modelled it in same way as you can check if warning works on pre-flight setup. When you hear horn after reversers are up check if thrust leavers are on idle. Shouldn’t possible but maybe way how you have reversers setup is causing moving thrust leavers forward.

Thanks for the input. More things for me to investigate!

Definitely a takeoff config alarm and red indication on the panel. I have now removed all assist parameters and will try again later. I can report that disabling the auto thrust stopped the takeoff config alarm. Thanks for your help.
