Hello so it was confirmed it was on marketplace?Does anyone know when the next marketplace update is? If so this is great news 737 could be here within the next few days or maybe a week. Does anyone know the actual time it takes to test the planes or even the release date?
No news from the PMDG forums yet, but probably an update will be announced on the situation later today.
It takes weeks
it’s not yet on the store, i never uninstalled it on xbox that’s why it can fly with it.
The next store update is Thursday at the end of the day or early Friday morning depending on where you live.
It takes several months to test the planes in general 2/3 months i would say.
The plane was already tested on initial release, so maybe with your report of it working, it’ll (may) be ready for Thursday.

Honestly i have no idea i’m just a simple player but i really hope it will happen quickly because yes the plane works perfectly and i don’t see what prevents them from putting it back on the store.

They will do but it will probably and hopefully the 737 too will come out on Thursday. Theyve tested it now public and seen it gone smooth and if there’s any bugs they will fix it but lots of things are expected to be coming Thursday as that’s Market Place update and then hopefully we will then see a b737🤞
The 737 i dont have buy now….
I buy the dc6 on the first days she came out 70bugs for waiting 16 monts….

I had this on Xbox for a few months. You could take off and fly after a fashion but none of the controls or instruments worked. I lost access to it when i reinstalled msfs to try to fix a problem i had with crashing. When you do this you can’t reinstall the dc6.
So now like everyone else i wait. I’ll be annoyed if they have a sale on it for launch that makes it cheaper than what i paid, i can tell ya.
Is it Thursday that marketplace normally gets an update?
I hope the DC6 goes live again soon on marketplace for xbox players, as above and also elsewhere Ive seen people confirm it now works as intended with the wasm fix.
You would think this shouldn’t take long to relaunch for xbox.

Yes. Today we shall see an update for the Marketplace.
PMDG have been silent on the return of the DC-6 to Xbox, so don’t get your hopes up. I, too, really hope it returns soon.

I hope its not a long wait, Im not sure why they are silent on this, people who still had the dc6 in their hangers are flying it fine now. So I see no reason why we would need to wait a long time for them to realease it again other then the normal Microsoft/Xbox marketplace authorisation phase of new products on marketplace.
I agree, I was a bit surprised they neglected to mention it in their latest — pretty long — post about the 737 series (including a section on Xbox), Universal Flight Tablet and 777 development progress.
I know that it has received a number of updates since the Xbox version was released and pulled from the Marketplace. I have to assume the Xbox version has not received those updates. One of those updates is pretty important when it comes to getting the GNS 530 to work correctly with the WT updated version from AAU1. I don’t think any of the updates are completely essential to the aircraft being mostly operational without major issues, hence the positive reports from those fortunate enough to have retained it in their content manager.
Basically, PMDG would need to test their latest DC-6 iteration for Xbox, then push it to the Marketplace with Xbox set as a platform again. This, unfortunately, make take some time. I’m hoping they, at least, update us on their plans.
