Hello Folks,
Is there nobody who can tell me what’s wrong with my setup, so that my flights in PMDG models don’t show in my logbook and all other flights do. Sincerely Hans Weijers.
Hi Hans,
Not sure if I get it right but how do you end your flights?
In my case, shutting down the engine(s) isn’t enough.
I also have to disconnect the batteries in order to get my logbook updated.

In addition to this, I also make certain to then go back to the main menu; I noticed rather early on that if I ended a flight and then just exited the program that the flight was not recorded in the logbook. Going back to the main menu and then exiting seemed to work much better for me (Xbox).
Whatever I fly I always backtrack out of the sim i.e. ESC; Return to Main Menu, where I go to the logbook (I record my flights elsewhere); Quit.
Hello Goneflying1234,
Thank you for your reply. I 've read that already somewhere, but I tried it again. Bad luck. It is strange with the logbook. I wanted to make a flight but I started the sim on the wrong airport. I closed the sim. But in my logbook is recorded a flight of 0 minutes on that airport. The airplane was the Asobo B747-8. In my logbook you can also find three flights with the PMDG B777-300ER, bit one is a VVFR flight around the airport and crashed. A flight is recorded of 7 minutes Origin; Airport A and destination vicinity of airport A. The other two flights were also from A to A and B to B. A circuit of ten minutes. After these flights something has been changed, but I don’t know what.
What gives teh command to update the logbook. Is that a*.cfg file? I hope you can do something with this experiences. Sincerely and have a nice Sunday., Hans Weijers.
No problem at all, doesn’t matter if I do I testflight or a point to point flight. Sometimes I just stop on the runway and go back to the mainmenu and everything is in my log.
After a successful landing and taxiing to the parking spot, shut down the aircraft.
Then press “Toggle Master Battery”
Hello Trnpatrol,
It is miraculous but it works. Normallu I shutted down the aircraft after a succesfull landing taxiing to the parking spot and then everything closing untill a Cold and Darkcockpit. The very last action was always pressing with the mouse on the batteryswitch. No recording in the logbook. Now I made akeystroke in the keyboardprofile: Toggle the Master battery: Ctr+B. I perform afetr landing exact the same procedure up to the last mouseclick. I press Ctr+B and the battery is off and the logbookrecording pops up. Unbelievable.
Do you know why this works and the normal batteryclose not? Nevertheless thank you very much. Sincerely Hans Weijers.
