I have noticed that for Brazil POI download, it will endlessly loop. It will download, say finalizing, and then re-download and never finish.
The same happens now to USA POI.
it also happens to an aiport in the Brazil pack.
It is always the same POIs.
This has been a beta 3 problem since day 1.
Also the entire interface is extremely convoluted.
It should just have a button Stream all or Download all. Done.
Not this gazillion individual content thing only.
Horrific experience.
It downloads 750GB of corrupted data and has no clue whats what.
Best to just delete all of it and let it stream.
pre-alpha levels of unreliability.
Also; as soon as it is confused it will just CTD after opening the Sim or on start page in like 5 seconds. Deleting all the local downloads from explorer fixes it.

I want to ask i you have connect through lan, wifi or both.
If both are on try to disconnect or shutdown wifi.
I have noticed wifi needs to reconnect sometimes when downloading "update available " and it is much slower and it wants to redownload.
On lan it very fast and stable but i need to disconnect wifi or it will switch a lot and need to redownload.
