Funnily enough one of my add-ons is meant to get it’s visual weapons coz they have allowed them now, but yes didn’t buy a bunch for the longest time on Xbox because no representation of them
the Sim doesn’t let us fire without extra code so why was it an issue and they sell toy planes with bombs and missiles on I know because my children ask for them
You buy a fighter jet coz it’s a fighter jet it’s meant to have something on its wings
So yes they have allowed them but they also aren’t putting the updates out that give them to us in 2024, 2020 has the updated files tho
Yea, they were concerned about their E rating. Some parents don’t like it. My mom wouldn’t let my brother and I have any depictions of guns (plastic models, etc) until I was around 15 or so - then she gave in.
Maybe off topic a bit, but Lego didn’t make grey bricks for decades because they didn’t want children to make war machines. That’s why the first castle was yellow. They still won’t make modern weapons. Only past or sci-fi.

Oh yea I forgot about those parents 
to me it’s always been military planes can have weapons on that’s what they do firing and that is where I’d worry about the rating but some visual assets no different to a google image search of those planes with the filters on
But it does make sense they were worried about the rating

I contacted the developer of the SBSP and SBRJ scenarios/airports and he informed me that he has already updated these scenarios for more than two weeks and that it is up to MS to release them to users. Why does it take so long for the updates to be released on the Market Place?
Mate some of the ones I’m waiting on got sent in January

Looks like no CRJ v2 update this week, maybe next week, or next year.
Marketplace users really are treated like second class citizens.
Is there no way to prioritize or have an expedited process for updates?

Does anyone here able to give an a idea about what is going on? I’m Very disapointed with this missing status from Marketplace, considering the plane os already avaiable for whom did not buy at Marketplace.
Same here! I’ve lost all patience with the situation so I’ll be purchasing everything elsewhere. And I purchase a lot of add-ons. I used to get Steam gift cards for birthdays and holidays to use in the MP, but I will instead ask for them elsewhere.

Heard from a streamer who talks to people in the company directly that both inibuild a350 and the Update for the crj will become available on marketplace the upcoming week.
Lets hope the info is correct

Well, something happened with today’s update. About 15 blocked aircraft and scenery are now ‘Available’ for me to stream and a lot of my aircraft got updated. The COWS DA-42 is FINALLY 1.1.7

One step at a time I guess for us stuck with the Marketplace. I think COWS pushed 1.2 a few days ago, hopefully 1.2 doesn’t take another 3 months to get to us.
Flying Fries put a new aircraft out about two weeks ago, Gabriel BK-160. It has been available on flightsim.to and the simmarket.com from day one. It took about a week after its initial debut to hit the MSFS2020 marketplace and to date, it is NOT available on MSFS2024. Why??? Who knows… I purchased it in the 2020 Marketplace thinking it would be a day or two to hit 2024 but it’s been almost two weeks. I would like to fly the BK-160 in MSFS2024 so I’m hoping it becomes available in MSFS2024 Marketplace SOON!

the P180 is still on 1.02.
COWS updated both DA42 (1.2) and DA40 (1.0.6) during the last three days, that’s why. It will take some time until updates hit the marketplace.
Since the whole add-on process is messy, try avoiding marketplace and buy directly from 3rd party devs whenever you can.

Why buy on the marketplace when you can get it elsewhere ?
To avoid having to install it manually ?

I’m done with the Marketplace. There are FS2024 updates for the Azurpoly C-160 Transall and the Fouga Magister available for weeks now but these products are being held hostage by some silly policies.
I will rebuy all aircraft that are available in 3rd party stores and never buy another Marketplace item again unless it’s an exclusive that isn’t available anywhere else.
The Marketplace is without a doubt the worst online shopping experience that I’ve had in 27 years of using the internet. Congrats.

the P180 from Flightfx is not available at other stores. so no joy.
yes for the COWS but other devs sell exclusively with MS unfortunately.
