Is anyone seeing any new content in the Marketplace? I didn’t even see the notification @N316TS posted above.

Obviously, as a Steam customer, I’m wondering if the absence of content is affecting everyone, or just Steam customers, or just customers in certain locations.

There are only things in the Marketplace at the moment that come from Microsoft/Asobo

Yes, this is correct. The release announcement states the following:

  • We know many of you are eager to see content from third-party developers in the Marketplace. 3rd party add-ons will be available soon, and we’re working closely with developers to bring their incredible products into Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

I seem to be missing stuff today, so possibly I’ve missed this as well, but with the marketplace weren’t we supposed to be getting the option to download content to local storage? I’ve had a look and I can’t find it.

So there’s a Marketplace but no third-party content. Isn’t that the very point of a Marketplace? So this is more like an early access (stress) test of the system instead of being the proper Marketplace that was promised for the simulator.

You can’t download anything, you can’t see the MSFS 2020 content, which one the developer updated for 2024. Waiting for this for so long, it’s a joke… Rental doesn’t work… I won’t comment.

As others have noted, Clicking on “Aircraft” displays a list of aircraft. "Clicking on “Airports”, “World”, “Activities” or “Customization” displays an infinitely spinning circle - perhaps because there is no content available for me to purchase??
ESC works to return one to the marketplace home page.

Brazil Update installed without issue.

On my 55" TV, the Home page graphics are overly large. This appears to be another manifestation of the scaling issue bug (Assignments in Control settings pages much too big not readable) that affects most aspects of the UI in 2024.

Presume the Brasil update is automaically streamed for ms2024 users? Although the announcement says its ‘now available for download’…

Hello @Fornax4188,

The process for installing World Updates in MSFS 2024 is the same as it was in MSFS 2020: you will need to go into the in-sim Marketplace to claim the WU (no charge) before it is available to you.
