Yes, I did that too, was surprised how quickly I got a response, but the problem was the Xbox Game Service I can load into the SIM normally.

I have plenty of shadows and nothing is on high in my setup. That said I have headroom to try some high settings in SU4 so I’m obviously going to experiment in the coming weeks.
Do you mean an update?
I’m struggling to remember an ‘update’ so soon after a SU release. Can we call it a hotfix?

At least it’s not a hotmess any longer.
I wasn’t in the beta for Su4 and just booted the retail release into a proper update.
I just got ‘33’ at 1.5GB. Finally off of beta.

For the first time in FS2024 (since release) I can go to My Library and it displays my items near instantaneously. Even on final SU4 ‘31’ beta it took 20 seconds or so to load the list of my library items, now it’s super fast/instantaneous. Finally!

Definitely a hot fix but can’t see the A330 CTD fix in there so maybe the A330 career mode CTDs are a one off
Are you guys on PC or console? What is this hotfix you guys are talking about lol. I’m on Steam.

Everytime I try taking the A330-200 for a flight in career mode I get the error “Plane left the stand before…..”

I know I’m probably the only one who uses custom weather but why did they now reduce the preset name length to 24 characters? I use Weatherspark for historical METARs from stations around the world to make accurate weather for the moment in the area(s) I’m flying.
A typical preset name looks like this:
01_10_16_2024_1200Z_Sudbury
or
02_10_16_2024_1230Z_Sudbury_Mod
The first 2 digits are the numerical order of a group of presets for a flight lasting more than a half hour (I change the weather every 30 minutes or less). The next 8 digits are month_date_year with the final digits the time Zulu. The name is the area; the “Mod” tells me it’s my interpretation of the weather.
Now I’m stuck with this:
02_10_16_2024_1230Z_Su_M
There are, as there’s always been, the problems of pressure in increments of .04 inHg, which is 40 feet, as well as temperatures in increments of 2.7C.
Again, it seems there are very few of us that make our own weather so probably none of this will be fixed.
