Yep whatever they did to fix the general download issue the problem of super slow download of content remains 
This lowly speed on my 500mbps fibre to premises (FTTP) connection:
@Jummivana So it turns out I was wrong when I attributed the recent sim upgrade issues to the existing, already reported download speed problems - please accept my apologies. But this makes me sad in another way as this 2.5mbps issue has been around since June and remains unsolved.
