We have a pinned announcement banner at the top of the forums alerting players of this issue. We posted about this issue on our Support Twitter account. We called attention to it near the beginning of today’s Development Update blog post. At various points throughout the day, my colleague @Jummivana responded to players in this topic once, and I have responded to this topic ten times (now 11 times including this post).
Our support teams have been working very hard all day to get this resolved. As soon as we have new information to share with everyone, we will do so.
