POP OUT panel stop working in VR

If you are moving to 2024, I made a new one in the 2024 bug report section, that points back at this post to shows that it has been an issue for years. Please make sure to add to it.

Dashboard windows show as black in VR

ISSUE DESCRIPTION Description of the issue: • When you press Right Alt + Left click to create a popout window of a screen, the windows are black in VR and do not display the window [PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons?
