Nice solution.
Amazing what you can do with a bit of old cardboard, wood and relief modelling âŠEnjoying MSFS

Very nice, but you forgot something.

Very nice setup - I am jealous of your TM TCA Airbus stuff - I have the same on order (only 1 clamp rather than your 2) - but delivery date keeps getting pushed back.
What screen is that please? It looks good - are you pleased with it? Would you recommend it?
Thanks in advance, Alasdair (aka FlyBasherâŠ)
Pssssst⊠dude, the FSFAA might be watching, gotta keep that on the down low.
(Nice choice, btw)
Itâs the Samsung CRG9. Itâs not OLED or 4K but Iâm quite pleased with it.
Great - thank you. Regards, A
Still very much a work in progress. Everything revolves around Air Manager and a DIY Knobster.
Still needs a few parts and to iron out a couple of kinks, but as of right now, itâs totally functional and my cockpit is mouse free for the C172 Classic and Mooney, as well as a few of the G1000 equipped planes.
Just a quick question without wading through 400 postings. You still have to popout the G1000 and insert it into the Airmanager frame, donât you? Thanks for reply.
Yes I do. Same thing for the GNS 530/430 in the planes that use them.
Just walked out the door to walk my dogs and found a Honeycomb box with my Bravo on the doorstep.
Guess itâs time for some modifications to implement this new addition/replacement.
Yay, canât wait to take some time off for that. Loong weekend, here I come.
OK, hereâs my completed setup (at least as far I wanted it to be currently lol). Screenshot from X-Plane, not MSFS, btw. Wasnât yet done setting it all up in MSFS when I took this pic.
Mine has taken its next step in its hardware evolution with the addition of a second 15" touch screen. Between the 2 touch screens and tablet on the side, my physical controls, Air Manager, plus a couple of Knobsters, all the pieces are there for a functional home cockpit for both glass and steam gauge panels.
The ultimate goal will be to have it running on a separate, dedicated PC to free up my main computer with a up to 3 x 48" screens go give me a 180 degree field of view. That obviously wonât be happening until Asobo get proper multi-monitor support built in. But itâs a future goal. In the meantime, hardware-wise, I would consider my simpit complete.
